Investor grievances are handled by the Compliance Officer, in consultation with the Company Secretary of the Company. It is ensured that the total process of settlement of a complaint right from its receipt to disposal does not exceed 15 days.
Requests for share transfer, sub-division, consolidation and issue of duplicate share certificate and any investor grievance can be addressed to the Registered Office, above e-mail address of the office of the Registrar & Share Transfer Agents.
