A strong value injected into Kings Infra is one by its founder, the Late Sri. Baby John. It is to give back to the communities associated with us something over and beyond just compensation for their land. It is to also ensure that they retain a quality of life that they can be proud of.

It is in this spirit that Kings is involved in many projects that help them. Kings is active in the areas of education, community wellness, vocational training and skills upgradation. Some of the initiatives underway are the Baby John Institute in Aluva that provides free education to the children of the villages who participated in the Global Habitat project. Another is Aarogya a continuing, weekly health camp that travels from enclave to enclave. This initiative is spread across Karnataka and Kerala.
